The Avanti Internet Service

Avanti satellite internet delivers speeds of up to 30Mbps download and up to 2Mbps upload. The Avanti satellite internet service plans are available throughout the UK and Ireland with advanced IP configurations available for business and enterprise customers.

  • Avanti utilizes two technologies to compliment their satellites; the Hughes HN (HN9200 & HN9600) and the Gilat systems both offering superfast speeds with service plans to suit home users, business users and enterprise customers.

  • The Avanti satellite internet system comprises of an outdoor unit (ODU), which includes the satellite dish and TRIA transceiver and indoor unit (IDU) which includes either the Gilat or Hughes modem. The two are linked with a copper coaxial WF100 cable as standard and other cables are available for longer distance runs or underground cabling. Customers will need to provide their own cable DSL router to split the connection amongst multiple devices.

  • The Avanti satellite internet system will be installed by one of our trusted third-party installation partners. The equipment can either be delivered to the installation address or the engineer who will bring the equipment with them on the day of installation. There are several mounting options including a wall mount or non-penetrating ground mount (available on request, complete the contact us form at the bottom of this page to find out more).
