How does Freedomsat broadband work?

Freedomsat delivers superfast broadband internet using fibre, 4G and satellite broadband. No landline required.

Freedomsat is a multi-technology Internet Service Provider (ISP). Other ISPs are typically tied to a single means of broadband delivery such as fibre broadband. Here at Freedomsat we use fibre, 4G and satellite broadband delivery technologies enabling us to deliver the most effective broadband solution for your location.

Fibre broadband solutions

Fibre is the very best broadband solution if your property is within coverage of either Fibre To The Cabinet (FTTC) or Fibre To The Property (FTTP). Offering the best speeds, lowest latency and unlimited data.

4G & satellite broadband solutions

4G and satellite broadband internet are excellent solutions for people or businesses who fall outside of traditional ADSL & fibre coverage due to the distance to their nearest telephone exchange.

Typical 4G Installation

Offering complete coverage of the UK, Ireland and EU, satellite broadband internet is available to anyone with a clear line of sight to the sky South of their property. Completely independent of local telecoms infrastructure satellite broadband is the most flexible of our technologies.

4G network coverage is widespread throughout the UK but signal quality can vary from region to region. Most can access our 4G broadband service using our 4G routers built-in antennas but for those in regions with poor indoor signal may require our optimal 4G antenna.
